Independent control for the honey on your shelf.

We work so that you can verify the contents of the honey you place on shelf beyond the supplier’s declaration.

Implementation

Beevex in food retail.

The ability to conduct your own control without depending on a supplier certificate. You assess a product taken from the shelf or the warehouse independently of the supplier. The record that accumulates shows which brand delivers consistent results over time, and when a consumer enquiry arrives you can present a written result for the product concerned.

In retail, product reaches the shelf at the end of a chain the point of sale does not see. The consumer, however, directs any non-conformity to the point of sale rather than to the supplier.

A large number of suppliers are engaged within the same category, and a supplier certificate declares the product but does not measure it. News relating to an inspection affects sales across the entire category.

FAQ

Questions about food retail

Is preparation needed to assess product on the shelf?

No. A product already in the warehouse or on the shelf can be examined; a five-drop sample is sufficient.

Can we compare suppliers over time?

Yes. Because every assessment is recorded with supplier and date, the accumulated record shows which brand delivers consistent results from batch to batch.
